Cable Festoon Systems are used for reliably transporting power supply lines.
Our Cable Festoon Systems take flexible energy- and power supply lines to exactly where they are needed, also over longer distances.
Power lines, data lines or supply tubes with water, compressed air, etc. can be transported over a pre-defined distance, if necessary several times over in one system.
Depending on the location, C-rails (profiled guide rails), iron girders or tension cords can be used as track for the trolleys.
The Cable Festoon Systems are suitable both for indoor and outdoor areas. They are optimized for the specific purpose down to the finest detail.
An extensive range of accessories, including special running wheels, fastening materials or materials for buffering the vehicles completes our product range. All components are solidly built and easy to assemble.
We build lightweight or heavy-duty Cable Festoon Systems (plastic or steel) with running wheels for C-rails, T-beams or tension cords. The choice of system depends on the respective site location, the type of cables to be transported and their total weight.
We cater to industrial workplaces, workshops and assembly halls as well as the complex requirements of large port cranes and transport systems.

  1. C-rail

    Versatile and stable
    For this cable car system, each line car has four wheels, running inside a C-rail (Rail). Thus, the system is very stable and is also versatile. For example, in overhead cranes, in workshops or on exterior surfaces where a flexible electricity and compressed air or media transfer is to be realized.
    The C-rails are fixed to the ceiling or on the walls, so it creates a permanently fixed, rigid system. However, we can in addition to the straight routes also curved pieces for the C-rail finished, especially for your needs.

    Standard dimensions and curved pieces
    C-rails are offered in standard lengths of 6 m, but they can be extended to any length by means of rail connector. If you need shorter parts, we cut the tracks for suitable handle (it only incur the cost for each fractured meters).

Efficient and viable

In this system, the cable trolleys running on a T-bar (Stahträger), so each car is designed for extremely high payloads up to 1000 kg. So you can easily transport long Strom-/Datenleitungen or heavy hoses.

KW 1100: Cable trolley with motor drive
Especially in the port industry, the demands on the capacity and efficiency of festoon systems, not only in terms of the driving speed. We have developed the KW 1100: A motor-driven cable festoon, the control movements and can be targeted to accelerate. Strain relief cords between the individual car make for a subdued start, so that the lines themselves are not loaded.
In combination with “normal” Festoon so the speed of the entire system is increased significantly. At the same mechanical wear from the targeted control are minimized? what sustainably reduces the time and cost required for maintenance.

Simple, light and handy

In this system, a taut wire rope serves as a track for the cable car. The complete system is quick and simple and is mostly used when a free space must be bridged, but no rails on the ceiling or walls can be mounted.
The cable car hanging on special rollers which run on the tensioning rope along, and are stabilized by a counter roller. The first line car is usually drawn by the user, the other car then pulled over the line. Other cable trolleys can also be integrated later still problems in the overall system.
